The vision for Senior Class Food Service began to take shape as Michael began to see the pain points surrounding managing Greek Life food services. He noticed:

Low-quality meal plans that are often overpriced
Difficulty in finding and properly training quality staff
Recognizing that Greek food service was becoming a lost art, Michael believed he could build something bigger and better. He collaborates with his chefs to create diverse, mouth-watering menus, while using his proprietary, bespoke methods to keep costs lower than the competition.
As Senior Class Food Service continues to grow, it is gaining a reputation as being in a class of its own.

Meet The Chef
Michael’s culinary journey began as a student, running a kitchen while completing his studies. At 22, he opened his first restaurant, solidifying his passion for the industry. He then gained extensive experience at a local restaurant and bakery, spending a decade as the Chef and R&D Manager. Specializing in fine dining, Michael worked across various cuisines including French, Italian, seafood, Sonoran, and eclectic casual, as well as banquet and catering services. With expertise in multi-unit operations, food and beverage(F&B) consulting, restaurant design, analytics, and quality assurance, he transitioned into Greek life food services, where he has excelled for the past 18 years, elevating Greek life dining to new heights.
